Jacob Harel

Kristin and Ronen Harel of Astoria have announced the birth of their first child, Jacob (Jake) Peter Harel, on January 8, 2011. He weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20 1/2 inches.

Jake’s grandparents are Betty Ann and Pete Disch of Yorktown Heights and Shelter Island and Hanna and Dani Harel of Woodbury, New York. Jake’s Shelter Island grandmother wrote, “We are all very grateful to be blessed with this lovely child.”
