Old windows that no longer locked correctly or kept out cold air were removed from Justice Hall on Tuesday to make way for new ones. The work is also being done at the police station down the street, Public Works Commissioner Jay Card said.

Window World is doing the work at a cost of $6,825 at Justice Hall and $6,350 at the police station, he said.
