Water, water everywhere, but where can I get a drink?

This swan may have been at the right place at the right time during the recent flooding on Bridge Street on December 27. Willette Hoffmann said the swan is named ‘Fred,’ and may (or may not) have been the same swan seen in last week’s Reporter  on the North Ferry ramp — named ‘Lucky’ for successfully avoiding a number of trucks and cars boarding the ferry.
