Town sets fees for garage construction, raises fees on moorings

Friday afternoon the Town Board set fees for construction of garages at $250 for up to 1,000 square fee and $.25 per square foot of every square foot over 1,000. The new fees take effect April 1, 2013.

The board also raised mooring fee applications that last for three years to $225 for private moorings and $300 for commercial moorings. The fee raises take effect April 1, 2013.
