Shelter Island JV baseball team splits home and home series with Southold
The undefeated Shelter Island School junior varsity baseball team took the field April 15, against the Southold Settlers at Fiske Field and kept their wining ways alive.
It was a wild one, with the Indians prevailing, 18-11.
The following day, however, the Islanders’ winning streak was stopped, with the Settlers taking revenge on their home field, defeating the Indians 7-5
