A bright summer’s day in store for Shelter Island
Monday on Shelter Island will be a warm one, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
The NWS is calling for a sunny day to start the work week, with a high temperature near 84 degrees and a southwest wind at 7 to 9 mph.
Tonight will be a good one for star gazing, with the NWS forecasting mostly clear skies with a low around 65 degrees and winds staying steady out of the southwest at 7 to 9 mph.
