Weather Service: Bright, warm day for Shelter Island

The National Weather Service (NWS) is calling for patchy fog this morning, turning cloudy before clearing before noon with a high today of 86 degrees. Winds will be from the west this morning at 5 to 9 mph.

Tonight will be mostly clear, according to the NWS, with a low around 58 and calm winds swinging around to the north after midnight at about 5 mph.
