Quigley on bench as Rosenblum recovers


Town Justice Patricia Quigley is currently covering the entire Shelter Island Town Justice Court docket due to the recent hospitalization of Justice Helen Rosenblum.

Ms. Quigley said that she is prepared to cover the court cases as long as she is needed. “We are expecting a full recovery,” she commented.
