Island Arts: Hammond exhibit at Town Hall

Several paintings by Island artist Katherine Hammond are being installed in a display at Shelter Island’s Town Hall. All her paintings are mixed-medium abstracts using watercolor, crayons and ink.

The community is invited to view the exhibit and attend the artist’s reception this Saturday, October 8, between 2 and 4 p.m.

The art will be up for three months.
