Town honors Linda Holmes

Supervisor Jim Dougherty presented a proclamation and plaque to Linda Homes at the December 27 Town Board meeting honoring her decades of selfless volunteer work and service to Shelter Island.

The day was officially declared “Linda Holmes Day.”
