Wisdom spotted in Silver Beach

Photographer Don Bindler spied two great horned owls “that have been ‘hooting’ and appear to have taken up residence in Silver Beach,” he wrote to us.

“Also know as ‘tiger of the sky,’ this large, fearless raptor has a wing span of up to 4 feet,” Don added.  “Great horned owls nest about this time of year.”
