Bright, blue skies for Monday
Today, Monday, November 28, will be a bright, sun-filled, late autumn day on Shelter Island, according to the National Weather Service.
The NWS is calling for a high temperature of 48 degrees. The northwest winds at five to 10 mph, swinging around to the west this afternoon, will make it feel anywhere from 30 to 40 degrees.
Tonight, clouds move in, according to the NWS, with a low around 41 degrees.
