Tommy Collard, age 10, grandson of Al and Julia Collard of Shelter Island, is featured in this photograph used by Reuters and International News UK in their worldwide press release to announce that the Boy Scouts are now accepting girls.

The photo was taken as Tommy was marching with his Manhasset Cub Scout Troup in a parade last Memorial Day and now he is a poster boy for the Boy Scouts (despite the fact he is not a girl)!
