Weather Service: Seasonably spring for Tuesday

The high temperature will reach 47 degrees, but a southeast wind at 5 to 11 mph will make it feel more like 20 degrees.

Tonight, rain moves in, according to the NWS, with a low around 38 degrees. The wind will shift to the east at 14 to 20 mph.
