It has been several months since the anticipated deal between Ram’s Head Inn owners Linda and James Eklund with Easton Porter — a Virginia-based company operating high-end hotels and restaurants — fell through. But the Inn has remained on the market.

They’re mad and they don’t want to take it anymore.
Ram’s Head Inn owners Linda and James Eklund told the Town Board at its recent work session the noise ordinance is being erratically enforced and needs to be revisited and revised. (more…)

When landscape architect Susanna Herrmann outlined plans for major renovations to the Ram’s Head Inn at an April Planning Board meeting, co-owner Linda Eklund said that for the near future, she and husband James Eklund would continue to run the iconic inn.
What she and others didn’t say was the applicant of record for the plans was Easton Porter Group of North Garden, Virginia. (more…)
