Town closes on Crab Creek open space

Conservation Advisory Council, Two-Percent Committee members and other town officials visited the Crab Creek property of Judy and Howard Brandenstein this week, land that the Shelter Island and Suffolk County is acquiring. Facilitated by the Peconic Land Trust, the sale of the property is expected to close at Suffolk County offices in Yaphank today, December 23.
