Video: Unidentified flying object at Klenawicus Field on Shelter Island?

There’s a radio-controlled aircraft club that flies its model aircraft out of an open field adjacent to the town-owned Klenawicus Airport grass strip on Shelter Island.

One of its members, Harold Thiers,  has posted a video of his curious flying machine taking its first flight above and beyond a hover.

We’ll find out more. But meanwhile ….
