Business Brief: ‘Fresh’ start for Goat Hill restaurant

A new restaurant has set up shop at the Shelter Island Country Club. “Fresh” is true to its name, serving salads, seafood and more, with ingredients delivered to the highest point on Shelter Island each day. Chef Gary Viglionel and manager Tammy Moore welcomed guests on opening night, April 15, with wait staff Brianna Rietvelt and Matthew BeltCappellino.
