Weather Service: Bright, mild autumn day for Shelter Island
Today, Monday, October 27, the start of the work week, will be another beautiful, bright autumn day, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
The high temperature will be near 57 degrees, with winds from the Northeast at about 7 mph.
The NWS is calling for a mostly cloudy night, with a 20% chance of showers, and a low temperature of about 42 degrees.
The winds will remain calm, out of the Northeast at 6 to 8 mph.
