The peace and serenity of Shelter Island is something many residents take for granted, but it’s people like Brian Marzo who are working hard this summer to maintain those qualities.
With a police radio crackling and a windy day finding its way into a Shelter Island police cruiser, the new Traffic Control Officer (TCO) took the Reporter on a brief ride-along one day last week as he made his daily tour of Island streets and roads. (more…)
