Will Halloran, 14, after spending summers learning sailing at Quinipet and the Yacht Club’s junior sailing program, and junior golf at Goat Hill, is working at his first summer job, a tradition for generations of Islanders, scooping ice cream — at the newly re-launched Whale’s Tale mini-golf course.
