Fresh Pond temporarily closed

To facilitate the annual aquatic vegetation removal at Fresh Pond all use is prohibited  while work is underway.

The closing of the public accessway at the end of Fresh Pond Road is necessary to allow for safe operation of equipment.

To ensure public safety Fresh Pond will remain closed for a week following completion of the vegetation removal to allow water quality to stabilize following cleanup activities.
